Enrollment age is between 15 days to 55 years inclusive, renewable up to age 100. The insured person must be a Hong Kong citizen or resident in Hong Kong holding a valid HKID card, and with a permanent address in Hong Kong and live in Hong Kong as a usual country of residence. Zurich reserves the right of final approval and decision.

Terms and Conditions

The offers set out by Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (the “Zurich”) in this promotional material are valid within the period from September 18, 2015 to December 31, 2015, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
The eligible policyholder can enjoy the following premium discount upon successful enrollment of Zurich HassleFree Health Insurance via designated enrollment methods during the Promotion Period:
(a) Monthly payment
The premium waiver will be granted in the 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th policy month in the first year of the insurance policy
(b) Annual payment
34% premium discount in the first year of the insurance policy
All first-year offers (premium waiver or discount) do not apply to policyholders who had held or cancelled any individual medical reimbursement plans within the past 6 months.
